Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Phoenix Rising Hair & Healing, your time is valuable—and so is ours. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50-100% of the scheduled service total.
• 12 hours or less & No-shows (missing your appointment without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total 

We understand that life happens—if you are experiencing an emergency or illness, please reach out as soon as possible.

Service Adjustment  Policy:

At Phoenix Rising Hair & Healing, we are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our services. If you are unsatisfied with your service for any reason, we ask that you notify us within 7 days of your original appointment date.

We will do our best to address your concerns and offer a solution at the discretion of your service provider. Please note that no refunds or service adjustments are guaranteed, and any correction will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
